Chipotle Marinade

1 can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce1/2 cup lime juice2 tablespoons lime zest1/2 cup cider vinegar5 cloves garlic, peeled1 cup cilantro1 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon black pepper1 cup olive oil Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
